I bought my Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Powercut in 2006. I have occasionally required parts/spares and advice from the staff at Powercut and I must say I have received an exceptional service. In particular, one member of staff, Kylie (sorry if I have spelt that wrong) has provided good quality advice time and time again and is a credit to the company. Keep up the good work. Tim H

I've been a Powercut customer for over 30 years and have always received excellent service. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always eager to help. Great Customer Service and Value for Money are sadly lacking in many businesses, but Powercut get both right every time. Well Done, and thanks.
